Daphna
Face A
Daphna is a management engineer, specialising in business ethics. She started her career at the Théâtre de Poche and at the NGO Ingénieurs Sans Frontières.
She then moved to Berlin to work for Tech Open Air, a European festival combining arts and technology. Back in Brussels, she was appointed Head of Development and Finance at the European Association for the Defense of Human Rights (AEDH).
She then became the manager of Creatis, a cultural business incubator located in Place Royale, and helped develop two projects for the Pali Pali company: See U, Belgium’s largest temporary occupation, and Pixii & co, a European digital art incubator.
In 2016, she co-founded the ‘Des Blocs’ project at Cité Modèle with residents and artists. From 2020 to 2024, she has been contracted by WIELS, BRASS and the House of Cultures to carry out and strengthen participatory art projects in public spaces as part of an urban renewal contract.
Face B
Daphna is a producer, programmer, artistic director and all-rounder. Her notable projects include: Des Blocs, They Way Back and Souvenirs Souverres. She also dabbles in stage design, is interested in urban planning and the commons, and tinkers with visuals. She dreams of a society where all roles would be reversed and randomly redistributed each day so that empathy and equity would regain their nobility. She dreams of more festivals in the sun, or in the rain, because that’s part of the charm of the north!

Lena
Face A
Lena is a cultural project manager with a degree in Political Science and a specialization in the management of international cultural institutions.
She became involved in gender issues and LGBTI rights during her studies by co-running an association through which she led awareness campaigns on gender-based violence, organized interdisciplinary festivals, and other artistic and politically-committed events.
After completing a research project on the implementation of cultural rights in French-speaking Belgium, she began her professional career in the Brussels performing arts sector. She joined FACE B in February 2024 as a cultural project coordinator.
Face B
Always chasing the next adventure, you might catch Lena hiking a mountain on a sunday morning or exploring a hidden forest trail

Mathilde
Face A
Mathilde joined our team in February 2024, and we couldn’t bring ourselves to let her go! This year, she’s continuing her adventure with us as Communications Officer.
Mathilde has a bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication, specialising in Film and Performing Arts at ULiège, and is currently doing a Master’s in Cultural and Social Communication at IHECS.
Committed to gender issues in the audiovisual sector, she co-founded FAZE, a project run with five other IHECS students. Through a multi-disciplinary exhibition, a round table and a website, this project examines the under-representation of women in cinema and its impact on identity.
At the same time as working for FACE B, Mathilde is writing her dissertation on the role of language transmission in the identity development of young Belgian-Asian adults, while at the same time working as a Communications Officer at FACE B.
Face B
Whether she’s camping under the stars or searching for the perfect film shot, her camera is always by her side to capture life’s precious moments
